"I really thought that I found home when I reached out to this insurance agency to get West Virginia insurance on my vehicle. Everyone was very nice and pleasant and the prices were quite reasonable. I decided to go with them and was even offered the opportunity to move my home insurance over to this agency. NEEDLESS to say, it hasn't been smooth sailing. They can not get my address correct. How? Why? They blame the one mistake on the State Farm system. Even when I reached out and repeated my address, they still sent me documents with the wrong address. Tomorrow, I have an appointment with the DMV to transfer my tags from another state, and I guess it will be a waste of time. Wow, I need another agency. I guess I won't be moving my home insurance over. When you can't get something simple, correct."

"Mike was amazing with life insurance help and Sabrina did a wonderful job with my Auto insurance company change as well. When I bundled both, I now pay LESS than I did with my SOLO Geico insurance with same amounts/deductibles on 2 vehicles. I was so comfortable talking to them that I left 12 years as a Geico customer. My coverage was instant with the new temporary emailed documents, so cancelling my old insurance was a breeze. I love a discount when you can get more than you asked for with an even lower rate. Highly recommended & 5 Stars across the board! Thank you State Farm!"

"Friendliest service ever. Stella is one of the nicest ladies I have ever met. She is caring, kind hearted, funny, friendly, and the most welcoming person, wether you are talking on the phone or entering the office. We have our home and car insurance with State Farm and have always gotten good rates, annual reviews to make sure our policies are current and at the most cost effective. Even though there are cheaper places we could bundle our insurance, they could never match the service we get from Mike Tustin State Farm and for us its worth staying insured with them."
