Office Manager
Stella is an Upshur County native and has spent her professional life in the customer service industry serving Buckhannon. She began her career with State Farm over a decade ago as a Personal Assistant to a former State Farm Agent. Upon the former agent’s retirement, she joined Team Tustin in January 2017 as a Customer Service Representative. Later in 2017, she obtained her license in Property and Casualty Insurance and was soon promoted to the position of Office Manager. She spends her workdays providing service for customers as well as being a leader and mentor to our office staff. She has attended her Church in Buckhannon since 1981 and enjoys spending time with her wonderful family.

Casey Hollingsworth
Multiple Line Representative
Casey is originally from Nicholas County, WV, but has resided in Barbour County since 2007. She has previously worked serving Upshur County for over ten years. For fifteen years, she has worked in the insurance sector and is licensed in auto, fire, life, and health. Casey joined our team in February 2026, and while at work, she spends her days meeting the needs of each customer that she speaks with. When she is not at work, she spends time with her two children and her dog, Jet. She is also very active in her community and is involved in the Barbour County Little League as safety officer.
